Interior Assessment
We start by scheduling 10-15 minutes with the affected tenant so that we may assess the damage from inside the property. During this time, we’re able to gain valuable insight into the location and history of the leak. While we like to consider this the Q&A portion of our service, this time also allows us to build a foundation of trust and security with the affected tenant.

Exterior Inspection
Once the tenant is satisfied and we’ve successfully tracked the leak from inside the unit, we begin our exterior inspection. All Four Seasons roof inspections are a thorough two-fold process.
- A thermal inspection conducted with our moisture meters to prematurely identify problem areas.
- A visual inspection with our probe to identify any failed flashings, sealants, punctures, or other physical damage around the leak area.

Roof Cleaning
During this time, the technician’s apprentice will perform a thorough cleaning of the roof to remove any debris (we always leave the roof better off than we found it!)

Reporting
Once our technician has completed their inspection, they upload all photos and deficiencies to our reporting software.
The software then immediately processes the data and provides a repair quote that’s valid for the next 30 days.
If the quote is approved on site, we can begin repairs the same day!
